Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fashion Consultant to join our team. As a Fashion Consultant, you will provide personalized fashion advice to customers, help them find the perfect outfit, and drive sales growth. You will also collaborate with our buying team to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and must-haves.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer personalized fashion advice to customers, help them find the perfect outfit, and ensure they leave the store feeling satisfied and stylish.

2. Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by using your fashion expertise to recommend products and promote sales.

3. Stay Up-to-Date on Fashion Trends: Collaborate with our buying team to stay current on the latest fashion trends, must-haves, and seasonal styles.

4. Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising tasks, such as creating window displays, styling mannequins, and maintaining store displays.

5. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

6. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

# Requirements:

1. Fashion Industry Experience: 0 to 1years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a retail or consulting role.

2. Fashion Knowledge: Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and designers.

3. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.

4. Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service.

5. Visual Merchandising Skills: Ability to create visually appealing displays and maintain a well-organized store environment.
