Job Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the respected zone focusing on customer acquisition, franchise sales, and revenue growth. This role involves managing a team, driving door-to-door and counter sales, and ensuring strong local market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 sales executives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits (shop-to-shop and customer-to-customer) to ensure direct sales.
- Drive franchise sales and promote business expansion.

Team Leadership:
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance based on KRAs and KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Market & Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in the local language to establish rapport and close deals.
