Job Description

Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop and implement BTL (Below the Line) marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
•
Conduct extensive fieldwork to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with local shop owners and stakeholders.
•
Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
•
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report findings to senior management.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
•
Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the market presence of LoveLocal.
Qualifications:
