Position Title: Area Salesman – General Trade (G.T.)

Role Overview:
The Area Salesman – General Trade (G.T.) is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with General Trade stores such as kirana stores, grocery shops, and other small retail outlets within the assigned territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market coverage for HOAC Foods India Limited's products.

Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 10 years in FMCG sales or a related field.
Customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of operating systems
Ability to engage with customers and build relationships
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in basic reporting and data management.
