### Key Responsibilities

2. Sales Growth and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and improve market share within the assigned area.

3. Team Management and Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and hourly employees to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

4. Customer Service and Quality Control: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and service standards across all locations.

5. Financial Management: Analyze sales data, manage labor costs, and control expenses to achieve budgeted targets and improve profitability.

6. Marketing and Community Involvement: Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness, drive sales, and engage with the local community.

7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and mitigate risks to protect the business and its assets.

### Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit restaurant management role, preferably in the pizza industry.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive sales growth.

4. Certifications: Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) and any other relevant certifications.
