1. Evaluating and assisting in achieving the Teams Targets.
2. Accomplishment of revenue targets of Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager.
3. Accomplishment of Account opening targets of Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager.
4. Accomplishment of AUM (Asset under Management) of Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager and Business Development Executives.
5. Number of corporate tie-ups and HNI lead generated
6. Keeping the Clients satisfied and updated about their Trading related details and queries - for himself/herself, Relationship Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager.
7. Success Ration of his/her team.
8. Number of Complaints received against his Team.
9. Ensure Daily Sales Reports in CRM software.
10.MIS and data Update and protection.
11.Team Development.
