Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator solutions sales, excellent industry contacts, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development for elevator and escalator sales across commercial, residential, and industrial segments.

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and PMC firms.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to final negotiation and closure.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, installation, service) to ensure timely project delivery.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Ensure CRM systems are updated and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

• Guide and mentor junior sales staff when required.

Key Requirements:

• Must Speak and understand English , Hindi, Telgu

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1+ years in the elevator/escalator or allied industry.

• Strong network with real estate developers, construction firms, and government bodies in the Hyderabad region.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
