Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated MBA fresher to join our real estate sales team. The role involves calling potential leads, pitching property options, arranging site visits, and helping clients through to final deal closure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads from company-provided data

• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable real estate projects

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients

• Follow up with clients after site visits and address any queries

• Build rapport and trust to guide clients toward deal closure

• Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) for smooth deal execution

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with Freshers.
