Job Description
- Go for sale visits, acquire new customers and maintain accurate records
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
- Meet sales target and maintain customer relations
- Visit customers and keep accurate records

- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
- Generate leads and negotiate deals
o Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 4 sales representatives, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
o Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to improve sales skills and product knowledge within the team.
o Monitor the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure they are aligned with company goals and standards.
o Set clear, achievable sales targets for each team member in alignment with company objectives.
o Track the progress of individual and team sales performance and ensure targets are being met or exceeded.
o Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.
o Assist the team in overcoming challenges to meet individual targets by providing strategic insights and support.
o Review and analyse sales data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in performance.
o Implement corrective measures and motivate the team to stay on track with target achievements.
