Recruitment and Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents.
Manage a team of agents, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and review agent performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
Provide training and development programs for agents to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and sales techniques.
Develop agents in line with career development and training requirements of the company.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market reach and penetration.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
Address customer queries and ensure satisfactory resolution.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor agent performance against key metrics and goals.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Other Duties:
Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skills.
Supervise and liaise with Self Help Groups/Micro Finance Institutions/NGOs etc.
Ensure company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms
