Go for sale visits, acquire new customers and maintain accurate records
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Meet sales target and maintain customer relations
Achieve or exceed sales targets

1. It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.

2. Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.

3 .This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY (upto 4. LPA)+ INCENTIVES.

4. Advisors get commission on their sales.

5. If your Performance is good you will get Fasttrack promotion + Incentives+manager role.

6. On role job.

7. Company will provide 1 month fully paid training.
