Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through direct customer interaction, references, and cold calls.

• Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of various life insurance products.

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate policies based on their financial goals and risk appetite.

• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent post-sales service.

• Update customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.

• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and roadshows organized by the company.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide timely and accurate reports to supervisors and management.
