Job location: North Kolkata side like (Belghoria ,Birati ,Shyambazar, Khanna), Howrah Circle [Santragachi ,Amta , Uluberia ] and Siliguri

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented ATM Custodian to manage the loading, replenishment, and security of cash in ATMs across the Kolkata region. The role requires adherence to strict security protocols and coordination with banks, security agencies, and technical teams to ensure smooth ATM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

👉 Cash Replenishment: Load and refill ATMs with cash following security guidelines.

👉 ATM Maintenance Support: Coordinate with technicians for minor troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed.

👉 Security Compliance: Adhere to SOPs for cash handling, safety measures, and ATM operational procedures.

👉 Cash Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cash movements, transaction logs, and ATM performance reports.

👉 Coordination with Banks & Security Agencies: Work closely with banks and security personnel to ensure timely replenishment and compliance with banking regulations.

👉 Customer Assistance: Provide basic customer support for ATM-related queries when required.

 Qualifications & Requirements:  Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass/ a diploma or degree is a plus.

 Experience:  Fresher or Experienced Both Can Apply

 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of cash handling and security protocols. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic troubleshooting skills for ATM issues.

• Integrity and trustworthiness in handling cash transactions.

Other Requirements:

• Must have Bike with valid two-wheeler license .

• Willingness to travel within assigned area for ATM visits. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

 Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience.

◼ (Fresher – 11k In Hand+ PF +ESIC) + 4k to 6K Travel and other allowances as per company policy.
