Job Role: Telecaller

As a Telecaller at Kartvyam Foundation, you will play a crucial role in connecting with families of affected individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to the families of patients dealing with addiction issues and encourage them to send their loved ones to our center for professional help and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to the families of individuals struggling with addiction.

• Clearly explain the services, facilities, and benefits offered by the Kartvyam Foundation.

• Convince and encourage family members to send the affected individual for treatment.

• Address any questions or concerns they may have with empathy and accurate information.

• Maintain proper call records and follow up when required.

• Work closely with the counselling team to coordinate appointments and admissions.

• Maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental tone in all interactions.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
