The Network Manager at a TVS Vehicle Showroom is responsible for overseeing and managing the dealership’s network operations, which may include IT infrastructure, communication systems, and coordination with TVS Motor Company’s dealer network. This role ensures smooth communication between branches, efficient use of technology, and compliance with TVS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with TVS Motor Company and other regional dealerships.
Coordinate with regional sales teams and TVS headquarters for inventory, schemes, and updates.
Ensure all sales and service processes are aligned with TVS standards.
Monitor showroom performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all network systems (hardware/software).
Manage DMS (Dealer Management System), CRM, and other showroom-specific software tools.
Ensure smooth functioning of internet, servers, printers, and security systems (CCTV, firewall, etc.).
Troubleshoot network or system issues promptly to reduce downtime.
Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and service performance for management.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in TVS’s central system.
Ensure compliance with TVS guidelines, data security policies, and showroom SOPs.
Train staff on using showroom systems and tools effectively.
Skills
1–3 years of experience in a network or operations management role, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, network troubleshooting, and dealership operations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with TVS DMS or similar automotive dealership software is a plus.
