Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader
Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
Offer test drives and explain features, specifications, variants, and benefits of vehicles.
Provide accurate quotations and finance options based on customer preferences.
Maintain complete documentation of the sales process including booking forms, customer IDs, and payment details.
Follow the dealership’s sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination at every step.
Stay updated with the latest Maruti Suzuki products, variants, features, pricing, schemes, and competition offerings.
Educate customers about value-added services like insurance, extended warranty, accessories, finance, and exchange offers.
Work towards monthly sales targets assigned for new vehicle sales, finance penetration, accessories, and insurance.
Meet defined KPIs such as conversion ratio, enquiry follow-up TAT, and customer satisfaction scores.
Diligently follow up on all enquiries from digital, telephonic, and walk-in sources.
Update CRM with lead status, appointments, and customer details in real-time.
Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and conduct proper vehicle handover.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, updates, and feedback collection post-delivery.
Coordinate with other departments such as Finance, Insurance, Exchange, and Delivery Team for seamless operations.
Participate in sales training, daily team reviews, and promotional events or test-drive camps.
