Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, including sales, credit, collections, customer service, and team management. The role involves driving business growth, ensuring profitability, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Drive branch sales for financial products such as, MSME loans, LAP, vehicle finance, etc.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
2. Credit & Risk Management:
Oversee credit appraisal and loan sanctioning process as per delegated authority.
Ensure proper assessment of loan proposals and timely disbursements.
Maintain credit quality by adhering to company risk policies.
3. Collections & Recovery:
Monitor delinquent accounts and drive timely collections.
Coordinate with collection teams to minimize NPAs.
Take corrective actions to resolve overdue cases.
4. Branch Operations:
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer data as per audit standards.
Oversee cash management, security, and operational compliance.
5. Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the branch staff including sales executives, credit officers, and operations personnel.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high productivity.
Promote a customer-centric and result-driven culture in the team.
6. Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Handle key customer interactions and resolve grievances efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers, local influencers, and business partners.
Organize local marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.

Proficiency in MIS reporting and branch operations

Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate Degree.
2-3 years of experience in sales, credit, or branch operations in NBFCs or financial institutions
Prior experience in managing a branch or sales team is preferred
