Branch Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for insurance products (Life/General/Health).

• Generate leads through walk-ins, references, cold calling, and cross-selling from the bank's existing customer base.

• Conduct client meetings, explain product benefits, and provide suitable insurance solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention.

• Coordinate with the branch staff and support teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and post-sales service.

• Keep abreast of product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
