Job Title: Broadband Sales Executive

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
Client: Airtel (via Quess Corp)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Airtel broadband plans to residential and small business customers

• Conduct door-to-door visits and area mapping for lead generation

• Explain product features, pricing, and installation process

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer data and submit daily reports

• Coordinate with the backend team for smooth activation and customer support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate

• Prior experience in field sales preferred (FMCG/Telecom/DTH/BFSI)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Must own a smartphone and have basic digital skills

• Local candidates from Gwalior preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000/month

• Incentives: Up to ₹8,000/month based on performance
