Executive - Business
Development
Role:
1.Achieve daily targets for customer acquisition and wallet top-ups
from new customers.
2. Set up canopy/standee inside Reliance stores or gated societies
to drive new customer onboarding.
3. Highlight Milkbasket’s advantages over other similar
services/applications.
4. Track daily/weekly customer onboarding and strive to exceed
targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with society
management for smooth execution of activations.
6. Gather customer feedback and suggest new initiatives to
improve services and offers. Communicate on-ground challenges.
7. Possess strong communication and negotiation skills (regional
language proficiency is essential).
8. Ensure a well-groomed appearance.
9. Have a good understanding of the city's topography.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Education: Graduation
Minimum Qualification Criteria:
1. Strong sales acumen with persuasive skills.
2. Excellent problem-solving and customer negotiation skills.
3. Own mode of transportation is mandatory.
4. Willing to commute 15-20 km per day.
5. Must be available for a 6-day workweek (Fri, Sat, and Sunday
mandatory);
