We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products/services.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
