Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities for the company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.

  • Generate leads through market research and industry-specific strategies.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop sales strategies to meet company objectives.

  • Pitch company services to potential clients and convert them into customers.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

3. Market Research & Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.

  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.

  • Provide insights and feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

5. Networking & Brand Promotion

  • Attend industry events, business meetups, and trade shows.

  • Represent the company in professional networks and social media.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for brand-building initiatives.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

  • Work towards achieving monthly and yearly business targets.
