Job Description: Responsibilities:
• 100% outbound sales role – proactively reach out to potential salons, spas, and beauty professionals via field visits, and scheduled meetings.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard businesses to the Glam9 platform, highlighting its benefits for increased visibility and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon and spa owners to ensure long-term engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to convert prospects into partners.
• Close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist new partners with onboarding and usage of the Glam9 platform to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools/Basic computer application.
• Represent Glam9 at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
• Must have outbound sales experience – prior experience in field sales, tele-sales, or direct client acquisition is required.
• Education: BBA/B. Com preferred. Minimum 12th pass, with exceptions for candidates having prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
