Job Overview:

We are looking for a Call Center Lead Generation Specialist with a background in B Pharma, M Pharma, MR or relevant Graduation. This role involves generating and qualifying leads through calls, scheduling meetings, and building relationships with potential clients like Drs. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling and follow-ups.

• Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) with leads to present solutions.

• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.

• Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.

• Work with the sales team to improve strategies and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B Pharma, M Pharma , MR or relevant Graduation.

• Experience in lead generation or telemarketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals or related industries.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet sales targets and manage CRM tools.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
