Business Development  Client Acquisition  Customer Satisfaction Management  Client Servicing  B2B and B2C Marketing  Sales and Marketing.  Responsible for giving E commerce Consultancy to Client.  Design, implement & facilitate an effective local & national marketing strategy.  Driving and managing the entire sales process – targeting to top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing.  Identifying key marketing opportunities.  Internet Marketing Promotion.  Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.  Inspire repeat-business from clients.  Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.  Monitor and measure clientsatisfaction.  Liaise with different departments about client queries.  Offer advice to clients on services and products.  Develop surveys and capture client information.  Participate in marketing campaigns.  Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.  Customer Relationship Building  Strong Decision Making and problem-Solving Skills.  Able to Quickly Understand Customer Need and to Deliver timely and Cost-Effective Solution.  Strong Marketing orientation with ability to Develop Strategies to edge out the Competition.
