Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.

4. Market Intelligence:
· Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
· Provide feedback and insights to management for product and service improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the lift or construction industry.
· Strong understanding of lift and elevator products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
