Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDE at NetAmbit for Flipkart Grocery outlet on boarding and service, whose core will be creating network of the consumer and awareness for Flipkart Grocery and other process and will be responsible for identifying and targeting manpower and area, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves a proactive approach to business development, understanding and positioning our products/services as solutions that add significant value to Flipkart Grocery business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop acquisition strategies for Flipkart outlet onboarding, servicing, and multi-product sales.
· Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
· Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve territory targets.
· Plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
· Travel within the city to develop the market and foster relationships with merchants.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Experience: 1-2 years in field sales, team handling, and outlet onboarding (Direct Sales/B2C/Merchant Acquisition/Telecom Sales/FMCG/E-commerce).
· Onboarding Expertise: Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
· Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in direct sales and market development strategies.
