Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities in the field of Business Loans and Personal Loans.

  • Approach and build relationships with potential clients across the Delhi NCR region to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and offer customized loan products.

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals and targets within a specified time period.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity.

  • Provide clients with clear and timely updates on their loan applications and approval processes.

  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan disbursement and servicing.

  • Regular field visits to clients and follow-ups on leads.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Loans and Personal Loan sales.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Bike is mandatory for field visits.

  • Familiarity with the Delhi NCR region.

  • Age limit: 40 years.

Education:

  • 12th or Graduated both can apply
