✔ Education: Full-time Graduate  
✔ Work Experience:• Not more than 9 months 
✔ Family Restrictions: No immediate relatives working at Axis Bank 
✔ Legal Requirements: No pending legal cases in any court of law 

•Selection Process:• 
1️⃣ Online Pre-Assessment via HirePro 
2️⃣ 6-day Virtual Training conducted by Axis Bank’s training partners 
3️⃣ Final Assessment: Minimum 60% passing score (maximum 2 attempts) 
4️⃣ Final Placement: Selected candidates join Axis Bank as Sales Officers

•Job Responsibilities:• 
✅ Sell banking & third-party products to new customers 
✅ Daily customer visits & marketing activities 
✅ Increase deposits from existing customers & cross-sell banking services 
✅ Achieve daily and monthly sales targets   
✅ Complete training programs conducted by the bank 
✅ Update customer interactions in the bank's CRM system 
✅ Follow all regulatory and compliance guidelines
✅ Participate in various bank initiatives
