Visit customers and keep accurate records

Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

• Ready to travel PAN India.
• Training and development , train retail team
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to proactively adapt strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for store teams to improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets, developing strategies to drive sales in both existing and new markets.
• Maintain detailed reports on sales performance, market insights, and training effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India as required.
• Ability to train and motivate store teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
