About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint in the IT services/products domain. The ideal candidate understands how to sell technology solutions, can navigate complex sales cycles, and knows how to open doors and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in IT services (web/mobile development, customized software, etc.).
Generate leads via networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Understand client pain points and offer tailored tech solutions in collaboration with the delivery team.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tech.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of technology solutions (web, mobile, cloud, ERP, AI, etc.).
