Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive gold loan business growth in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve gold loan disbursement targets through direct sales and channel development.

• Source new customers via field visits, referrals, and partnerships.

• Support and guide branch teams to boost gold loan performance.

• Maintain portfolio quality through proper documentation and appraisal.

• Monitor competition and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–3 years of gold loan or financial services experience.

• Strong sales, customer relationship, and team management skills.

• Knowledge of gold loan operations and compliance standards.
