Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (plus potential incentives based on performance)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by conducting field visits to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales Activities: Conduct regular field visits to potential clients within the assigned territory to generate leads and close sales.
Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, establishing long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Market Analysis: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the sales manager.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various field activities and networking.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive Skills: Ability to effectively persuade and influence potential clients.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Experience: Prior experience in a field sales role is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply.
Language skills: fluency in the local language, and working knowledge of English or Hindi is preferred.
Training Plan:
Duration: 15 Days
Structure: Comprehensive training program consisting of classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training.
Training Content: Product knowledge, sales techniques, client relationship management, and company policies.
Stipend: ₹200 per day during the training period.
