Job Title: BTL (Below The Line) Officer - TBZ Jewellery, Indore

Job Summary:
The BTL Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Below The Line marketing activities specifically for the TBZ Jewellery showroom in Indore. This role aims to drive customer footfall to the Indore store, increase sales within the local market, and enhance brand visibility in the Indore region. The ideal candidate will be creative, possess strong local market knowledge, and have excellent organizational and execution skills.
Responsibilities:
Local Event Planning and Execution:
Organize and manage in-store events tailored to the Indore customer base, such as jewellery exhibitions, new collection launches, and cultural events relevant to the local community.
Coordinate with local vendors in Indore for event setup, catering, and entertainment that resonates with the local audience.
Ensure seamless event execution and a positive, culturally relevant customer experience.
Indore-Specific Promotional Activities:
Develop and implement in-store promotional campaigns specifically designed to attract Indore customers (e.g., discounts during local festivals, special offers for local community members).
Manage in-store displays and visual merchandising that appeals to the local aesthetic and preferences.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of promotions and provide them with relevant information for local customers.
Local Customer Engagement:
Develop and execute customer loyalty programs that resonate with the Indore customer base.
Manage local customer databases and communication (e.g., SMS campaigns in local language, targeted email marketing for Indore residents) for promotions and event invitations.
Gather customer feedback specific to the Indore market and use these insights to improve local BTL activities.
Indore Local Partnerships:
Identify and build relationships with local Indore businesses, organizations, community groups, and influencers for cross-promotional opportunities relevant to the region.
Explore opportunities for local sponsorships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility within Indore.
Budget Management (Indore Focus):
Develop and manage budgets specifically for BTL activities within the Indore showroom.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness of local campaigns.
Performance Analysis (Indore Market):
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of BTL campaigns within the Indore market.
Prepare reports on key metrics such as footfall from local activities, sales attributed to local promotions, and local customer engagement.
Provide recommendations for future improvements based on the Indore market response.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or sales promotion, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry, with a strong understanding of the Indore market.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple local campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and ideally familiarity with local Indore dialects.
Creativity and a passion for developing engaging customer experiences relevant to the Indore culture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within the Indore showroom.
Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the jewellery industry, with specific experience or understanding of the Indore jewellery market.
Knowledge of local Indore market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural preferences.
