Job Description:

We are a well-established manufacturer of wallpapers, curtains, and fabrics, operating successfully for the past seven years. As we expand into the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) market, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients, including interior designers, architects, real estate builders, and under-development project sites.

• Client Engagement & Sales: Conduct direct client visits, schedule meetings, present our product offerings, and negotiate deals to close sales.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales approaches.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.

• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in interior décor, real estate, or related industries).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
