Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, including corporate leaders, CEOs, government officials, and key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Address client concerns swiftly and professionally to uphold trust and credibility.
Lead Generation
Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
Actively seek potential collaborations with government entities, private organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
Sales Meetings
Organize and conduct sales meetings, both virtually and in person.
Understand client needs and present customized solutions accordingly.
Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Strategic Business Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass business targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches.
Contribute to the expansion of sales channels and innovative business models for increased growth.
Product Presentation
Deliver impactful product presentations to diverse clients.
Mentor junior team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Market Expansion
Strengthen the company’s footprint in new and untapped markets.
Identify and establish partnerships to improve market reach and business opportunities.
Record-Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM tools.
Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to the management team.
Sales Targets & Performance
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
Implement best practices for pipeline management to sustain business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
Master’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
Experience working with government clients, including bidding and tendering, is preferred.
Proven ability to establish and manage high-value client relationships.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, e-procurement platforms, and government bidding procedures.
