Job Description
- Visit customers and keep accurate records
- Explain product features and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
- Generate leads and negotiate deals
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.
2. Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.
3 .This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY (upto 4.LPA)+ INCENTIVES.
4. Advisors get commission on their sales.
5. If your Performance is good you will get Fasttrack promotion + Incentives+manager role.
6. On role job.
7. Company will provide 1 month fully paid training.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:-
Age should be between 24 to 40.
Minimum Graduate.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in any field sales.
Candidates with experience in Life Insurance will be given preference.
Should be local candidate who knows the market properly.
