Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth for our agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising and digital marketing landscape and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to approach and engage new prospects. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Develop and Present Proposals: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services. Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations, handle contracts, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and strategies. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure long-term relationships. Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
