Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in client acquisition, business growth, and relationship management in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Business Growth:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.

Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.



2. Account Management:

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.



3. Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and hiring demands.

Develop business strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.



4. Coordination with Recruitment Team:

Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Provide feedback and insights to improve recruitment processes.



5. Sales & Reporting:

Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.

Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and recruitment progress.




Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.

Strong network and connections in the recruitment sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment sales.
