1. Develop and manage relationships with bank branches to drive insurance business.

2. Achieve sales targets by promoting life/general insurance products to bank customers.

3. Train and motivate bank staff to enhance product awareness and sales.

4. Conduct joint sales calls with bank relationship managers to acquire new customers.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

6. Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights.

7. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

8. Fixed pay [3.45 - 400 LPA] + Lucrative Incentive
