Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients for driver services. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Build strong relationships with car rental companies, fleet operators, and automobile dealerships.✅ Client Management & Retention: Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Provide customized driver service solutions to meet client needs.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support and service improvements.✅ Market Research & Strategy:Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.Develop new business opportunities by identifying untapped segments.Provide insights to enhance pricing, service offerings, and marketing campaigns.Key Requirements:✔ Proven 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.✔ Experience in transport, mobility, automobile, or service-based industries preferred.✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills.✔ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies independently.✔ Leadership and team management capabilities.✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
