Job description:
We are looking for a resolute Business Development manager to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our firm. The Business Development manager will be required to study existing procedures and to formulate appropriate strategies that facilitate our expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conducting regular, in-depth analyses of our company's policies and processes to ascertain strengths and short comings.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
• Analysing and reformulating existing and promising business contracts maximize turnover.
• Scrutinizing the market to elucidate client’s needs, competitors activities, and promising avenues that have not yet been explored.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to business development activities.
• Inspecting company finances to identify trends and set reasonable targets.
• Communicating strategies with staff to obtain their buy-in.
• Reviewing your progress using standardized metrics.
• Compiling detailed reports that capture successes and opportunities.
Business Development Requirements:
• MBA (Marketing) or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA)
• 6+ Years of experience in any marketing Platform or equivalent.
• Concrete grasp of routine and advanced statistical procedures.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Communicative, versatile, and strategic.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• This position may require travel to client sites and industry events.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Template Creation, Best Utilization of Office Tools & SOPs.
• Good Communication Skills (Hindi, English & Local Language)
