Segment Preference- Candidate should have experience of Meeting Pediatrician or Vaccine Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

• Handling the Team.

Job Specifications:

• Responsible for 10 Dr. calls per day individually.

• Responsible for 10 Dr calls and 1 institution visit during Joint Work, closing and responsible for BE’s Daily performance.

• Responsible for POB (Purchase Order Booking) individual responsibility

• Responsible to get Monthly Primary order from Stockiest

• Responsible for Promoting Our Chicken Pox vaccine (Nexipox-Advance PFS A Superior Varicella vaccine)

Note: The product is not prescribed by doctors but, it is a dispensary product directly purchased by doctors.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
