  • Accompany agents on pre and post-sales activities, including claim settlements.

• Relationship Management:

  • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including agents, clients, and other company representatives. 

  • Address customer inquiries and manage client issues efficiently and professionally. 

• Technical skills

  • Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
