Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market presence.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team to maximize performance.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

  • Ensure effective sales pipeline management and conversion optimization.

  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to improve retention and loyalty.

  • Monitor and analyze sales reports, business trends, and profitability metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling (Mandatory).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and productivity.

  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and drive execution.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and market forecasting.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel and actively engage in field sales activities.
