Position: Area Manager – Business Development

FuelBuddy is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Area Manager – Business Development to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or industrial sales, with proven expertise in lead conversion, deal closure, and relationship management.
Identify, engage, and acquire potential B2B clients across targeted industries.
Effectively convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Conduct market research to assess competition and uncover new opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
4-7 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales, preferably in fuel, logistics, lubricants, construction, travel, healthcare, or automotive sectors.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.
Must own a personal vehicle and laptop.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
