Position: Area Manager – Business Development
Location: Faridabad
Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview

FuelBuddy is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Area Manager – Business Development to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or industrial sales, with proven expertise in lead conversion, deal closure, and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and acquire potential B2B clients across targeted industries.

  • Effectively convert leads into long-term business relationships.

  • Conduct market research to assess competition and uncover new opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

  • Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.


Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales, preferably in fuel, logistics, lubricants, construction, travel, healthcare, or automotive sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.

  • Must own a personal vehicle and laptop.

  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
