We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth through identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and expand professional networks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
1–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and market analysis software.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
