We are looking for a high-performing Cluster Manager to lead our sales team and drive
customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing sales strategies,
managing teams, and expanding our company's market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
2. Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
3. Oversee recruiting, setting team objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of
sales representatives.
4. Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and
partnering with them.
5. Identify and approach government bodies and corporate clients to target key sectors.
6. Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation and closing.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills Required:
1. Strong leadership with proven people management skills.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute the entire sales process from lead to closure.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
5. Business acumen with industry knowledge and expertise in the real estate or similar

Qualifications:
1. Graduation or Postgraduation degree.
2. Proficiency in Marathi and English (required).
Experience:
1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing sales teams, preferably in real estate or a
related industry.
2. Track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
