Collection Manager

We are Hiring Team leaders for Banking & Finance Recovery Collections,

Skils: leading a team to recover outstanding debts, motivating staff, ensuring compliance, and improving collection performance while maintaining a positive customer experience. 

handles the day to day management of Collections, acting as the middle point between these staff and the Clients team.

Supervise and motivate the collections team to achieve collection targets. Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customers and handle complex cases. Review and update collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
