Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager – Clinitech Lab Ltd.

Location: Navi Mumbai – Airoli to Panvel

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: MD

Position Type: Full-time – IT’S A Complete Field Sales - MALE WILL BE PREFERED WITH BIKE

Experience – 2+ years

CTC – Up to 50K (depends on interview)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales and expanding our client base by promoting our comprehensive pathology services to businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets through corporate sales, B2B sales, and digital sales channels.

Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

Manage existing client accounts, upsell/cross-sell products/services to increase revenue generation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.

Identify potential corporate clients and develop a targeted approach to secure their business.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase Clinitech Laboratories' pathology services.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities.

Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue goals.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales strategies and performance.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of successful sales experience any decent industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
